NdFeB magnets, also known as Neodymium Iron Boron magnets (NdFeB), are one of the world's strongest permanent magnets. These magnets are made by combining the rare earth element neodymium (Nd) with the elements iron (Fe) and boron (B). Their standard temperature resistance is approximately 80 degrees Celsius, but with special manufacturing techniques, this limit can be increased to 150 to 230 degrees Celsius. Because NdFeB magnets are hard and brittle, they require mechanical protection. Furthermore, their surfaces are often coated with coatings such as nickel, zinc, or epoxy to protect against corrosion. Thanks to these technical features, NdFeB magnets exhibit high performance in their compact structures and are preferred in many industrial applications.
